9. Law and jurisdiction
This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, and both parties expressly agree that Swiss law will govern this agreement. Any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich (Switzerland). If the user is a component of the United States Government, then U.S. federal law will govern, and U.S. federal courts will have jurisdiction.
